Well Woman Care

At Origin, we provide comprehensive well-woman care tailored to your unique needs throughout every stage of life. We are your trusted partner in promoting your optimal care.

Our services include:

• Pap smears

• STI screening

• Contraception

• Natural Family Planning instruction

• Preconception counseling

• Laboratory testing

• Referral for mammograms and bone density screenings

 

Our fee for a one-hour visit is $250. We do not bill insurance, but we can provide you with an itemized bill you can submit to your insurance company to attempt reimbursement on your own. Lab fees and other referred services are not included, but can be billed to your insurance by the lab or imaging center.
